Custom API development, two-way synchronisation and multiple-system connections are quoted separately. Before work starts, we agree scope, price, timing and acceptance criteria. Subscriptions, service licences and paid connectors are charged separately.

Which services do you work with?
We first review your systems' documentation. Connections may use a native connector, API, webhook or another permitted method. Services and limitations are confirmed before work starts.
Can several systems be connected at once?
Yes, where their technical capabilities support the required exchange. We identify the system responsible for each data type and agree directions, events and update rules.
How long does an integration take?
Timing depends on system numbers, documentation availability, scenario complexity and the test environment. After analysis, we provide an estimate and define stages in the proposal.
What if we need changes later?
We retain the solution description and exchange rules. New scenarios and external API changes are quoted separately; support can be agreed in advance.
Do we need a technical specification?
A prepared specification is not required. We initially need system names, sample data without confidential information and the expected outcome. We help document the requirements.
What does the price include?
The estimate covers agreed analysis, configuration or development, testing and documentation. Service subscriptions, paid connectors, licences and ongoing support are listed separately.
