Developing the LUDA NIKISHINA online store
An evolution of an established fashion store: interface improvements, technical optimisation and data exchange with the systems behind daily operations.
The brief and context
The work had to preserve a live store while improving it step by step. Priorities included performance, key pages, checkout, customer account and integrations.

Improving a live platform
We reviewed the existing interface and technical friction, then planned changes in stages rather than replacing the catalogue and operating processes at once.

Checkout and customer account
We refined the path from catalogue to order. A clearer checkout and account area support order history, saved items and repeat purchasing.

Business-system exchange
Connections with 1C and RetailCRM align products, stock, orders and customer data. Consistent statuses matter as much as transferring records.

What the project gained
The store continued to evolve on its existing platform, with clearer shopping flows and a more manageable operational setup. No unverified sales or speed figures are claimed.
